Do you want to learn the basics of salsa dancing in a fast way? Are you looking for a new hobby or a fun activity to give as a present? Register for our Beginner Intensive!

During the Beginner Intensive of 3 hours, you will learn the basics of Salsa, Merengue & Bachata partnering.
For example, you will learn:
– The cross body lead
– The alternating right turns
– Necessary awareness for leading & following techniques to create a non-verbal communication on the dance floor.


➤ For Who?
  → Absolute beginners.
  → Dancers with some experience who want to freshen up their skills.
  → You have missed the try-out class.
  → Those who are not able to take regular classes.
  → Open minded dancers who want to go through the transition proces from Salsa On1 or Cuban Salsa to Salsa On2.

★ The Beginner Intensive will give you all the basics you need to become a more confident dancer.
The basics are there so that people can transfer there weight together, so couples can dance as one.

➤ Important information
  → Price: € 50,- per person.
  → Dancepartner not required.
  → It is customary to change partners regularly during the classes, but this is not mandatory. Just let us know if you prefer to remain with your partner during class.
  → What to wear? Just wear something that you feel comfortable in. You could dress sporty, casual or even chique!
  → The classes are taught 50% in English, 50% in Dutch, so everyone can understand the instructions.
  → Location: Salsability, Delftseplein 36 Rotterdam
  → To ensure the best learning environment the places are limited (40 spots available)! 
  → In case of cancellation, a refund of the € 50,- and/or rescheduling to another bootcamp is not possible.

Sevillanas all levels
Flamenco Style / Footwork & Parterwork

In the Sevillanas workshop we will explore some key aspects of the expressions in flamenco, the structure and musicality of the sevillanas, learn the steps and practice together! It will be a great mix of learning, fun and expression yourself through the flamenco language! Vámonos!!

The bootcamp will be composed of 3 hours,
where we will explore:

Structure and metrics of the Sevillanas;

First copla – basic structure;
Second copla – basic structure:
Third – basic structure;
Fourth copla – basic structure;
Dancing in peers and getting reading for the Feria de Abril!
